It Made sense to me so I tried It! as they say "YOU HAD ME FROM HELLO" leg cramps decreased greatly, Sense of well being increased and yes I did lose weight. A day wihout the turbo Sonic is a day that means I am way to busy! Can't wait to get back on the thrill ride!
